Alcohol Policy

The sale and service of alcoholic beverages is regulated by the Missouri State Liquor Commission.  As a licensee, the Hotel is responsible for the administration of these regulations and observes the following restrictions.

  • Alcoholic beverages may not be brought into any public or common area of the Hotel by Customer.
  • Consumption of alcoholic beverages is restricted to persons of legal age as determined by the State of Missouri and the Hotel reserves the right to challenge the age and/or the identification of any individual.
  • The Hotel reserves the right to refuse service of alcoholic beverages to any individual.


The Hotel’s liquor license requires that alcoholic beverages only be dispensed by licensed Hotel employees.  The Hotel reserves the right to cease service of alcoholic beverages in the event that any person under the state mandated age limit present at the function attempts to receive service of alcoholic beverages.    

SECURITY:
The Hotel may require security for a Customer whose size, program, or nature indicates such needs.  Only Hotel approved security companies may be used.  Security service charges shall be billed to the Customer master account at the current rate (minimum charge of $200 per function).
