Branson Hotel Guest Feedback

This morning our Director of Sales received the following feedback about a guest's recent stay:

"We had a wonderful time, the weather was perfect, warm days-cool nights. The Stone Castle Hotel was just great... away from the crowds, and the service in the breakfast room was awesome. Especially Maryann who was there bright and early every day cheerfully attending to our every need..."

Military Reunion Compliment

The following letter was received by our Director of Sales yesterday. We are thankful for the sincere and heartfelt letter sent by this military association's president.

Gearing up for a busy weekend.

We are gearing up for a very busy weekend here at The Stone Castle Hotel & Conference Center. We have square dancers, retired military personnel, and bus groups on our property. Amidst the dancing, fellowship, and shopping that will be taking place, we also have many individual travelers at our hotel. We are almost a full house this weekend and we could not be happier!

Exciting Changes to our Breakfast Menu

The Stone Castle's hot breakfast buffet is currently being revamped. Not only do we have homemade biscuits delivered each morning, but we also have real scrambled eggs (no powdered stuff here), biscuits and sausage gravy, sausage patties, pancakes, cold cereals, and toast available each day of the week for guests to enjoy.

Employee Spotlight: Irma Toles, Front Desk Manager

For The Stone Castle Hotel, the very first impression most guests receive is that of the front desk clerks. First impressions are vital in the hospitality industry; it is the first impression that can sometimes make or break a guest's hotel stay. That is why the front desk manager, Irma Toles, not only trains the front desk in various procedures, but also in customer service.

"I train the front desk clerks not only to process reservations, check-in and check-out guests, but to give the upmost service that will make a guest [feel] welcome and return," said Irma.

We Salute Our Military and Emergency Responders as we remember 9/11

As we remember the events of that fateful day ten years ago, we salute those who suffered, sacrificed, and who have fought for our freedom since that day. There are some who have lost their lives, given their lives up for another, yet some who are still living with images forever burned in their minds. For those families who have suffered and lost a loved one, we salute you.
