Military Reunion Compliment

For our recent 250-person military banquet, we received a wonderful compliment in our emails this weekend. Please read below to see how much this reunion enjoyed staying, playing, and eating at The Stone Castle Hotel & Conference Center.

"I wish to take this opportunity to thank you and the staff of The Stone Castle Hotel & Conference Center for allowing us to experience the best reunion we have had to date.  Our attendance consisted of 123 veterans.  With family and friends, we had 250 attending our banquet dinner.   The comments that I have received from those attending support this claim.  It all began with you, your professionalism and concern to assure that we did not forget anything during the planning stages.  You are a true leader, as you lead by example.   Marlene Caldwell, Group Coordinator, kept me informed, on a regular basis, the status of our group reservations and was very helpful with some of the logistics during our event.  In addition, Rachael James, Sales & Catering Manager, did an outstanding job and was a pleasure to work with.  Her talent with graphics is a definite asset as she assisted me with a small project.  The head cook, Steve Davenport, did an excellent job with the preparation of our meals, especially the BBQ dinner on Friday and our banquet dinner on Saturday.  The staff behind the registration desk and the maintenance staff were very helpful to our group, taking care of the “little things”, to make our event more enjoyable... The housekeeping staff was exceptional in the performance of their duties.  When required, all personnel went beyond the “call of duty” to accommodate our needs.   The professionalism of the entire staff to assure that our needs were met demonstrates their dedication and an asset to your organization.  If we decide to return to Branson for another reunion, I will give you the opportunity to host our event."

We are honored that we were able to serve our veterans in such a wonderful way. The looks on their faces and the stories they told will forever be in our hearts and minds.
